Biography
Michael holds a B.A. from York University, an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M., also from Osgoode Hall Law School. Michael is currently a full-time professor at Seneca College in the School of Legal and Public Administration. He is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Before joining Seneca College in 2002, Michael has practised law since 1987, first as a partner in a small firm and then as a sole practitioner. His professional experience as a lawyer included civil and criminal litigation, administrative law, alternative dispute resolution, and wills and estates.
