Dr. Shahé Kazarian is Professor of Psychology and Chair of the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He is the author or co-author of numerous articles, book chapters, and books.

Dr. Wesley Crichlow teaches several sociological and legal subjects in the Department of Criminal Justice and Policy Studies at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. His research includes an examination of black youth gang violence as well as the study of race, human rights, and racial profiling. He has published extensively in his fields of research.

Simon Bradford, BA, Dip. Ad. Ed., MDE. is a Staff Sergeant with the Ontario Provincial Police, Central Region. He teaches several law enforcement courses in the Bachelor of Applied Human Services — Police Studies Program at Georgian College in Orillia, Ontario. He has also taught at the Ontario Police College and the Provincial Police Academy.
