Mary L. MacGregor is a partner at Dickson MacGregor Appell LLP, and
concentrates her practice exclusively on wills, estates, trusts
(including native land claim trusts), family business planning,
personal tax planning, and estate litigation. She also conducts estate
mediation through the Centre for Estate Mediation, which she co-founded.
Ms MacGregor is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario),
the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Estate Planning Council of Toronto
(and is on its current Executive), and a Fellow of the American College
of Trust and Estate Counsel. A busy lecturer for many organizations,
she is also the co-author of O’Brien’s Encyclopedia of Forms, “Division V — Wills and Trusts,” published by Canada Law Book.
